Do you want to be at the centre of our sales team?
Following a period of sustained global growth, we’re hiring for a Sales Co-Ordinator. This is a vital role within our team and you will be the hub of a busy and vibrant sales team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers.
This role is full-time and based at our amazing, purpose built offices on the edge of Topsham, just opposite Dart’s Farm. We’re perfectly located: just 20 minutes from the sea and the same from Dartmoor. Hours are 37.5 per week and we can be flexible to a certain degree between 0830 and 1730 but must be daily (5 days per week).
Key duties include:
- Sales order processing from receipt, through stock allocation to picking documentation.
- Answering inbound phone calls.
- General date entry and KPI collation.
- Follow up calls to customers on placement of sales orders.
- Customer service including updates on delivery status, stock enquiries etc.
- Additional general office management tasks.
Skills
- Bright and engaging personality.
- Good verbal & written communication skills essential.
- Good experience with Sage accounts software or similar.
- Excellent admin and time management skills.
- Highly organised and a great organiser.
- A positive, problem solving attitude.
- Comfortable talking on the phone with our customers.
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Attention to detail is a must, all other training will be provided.
