Flip Pro with front bezel is designed for use with either a 12V or 24V input and features 1x USB-A and 1x USB-C charging port.
This provides the optimum choice of connection for any device and the fastest charging for your device onboard.

Flip Pro with front bezel was manufactured as an adaption to the original SC-USB-F1 to offer flexibility to installation, as in some cases, it is not possible to gain access to behind panels.
The front fit bezel provides an alternative route for installation, allowing the option to fit the product from the front using screws.

When not in use, the spring-loaded cap remains tightly closed, protecting the ports from the elements.
When charging, it quickly locks open to protect your cables when plugged in.

Featuring a super compact footprint, Flip Pro is constructed from premium, marine-grade materials and is IPX4 waterproof, making it completely washdown-ready.

Flip Pro is FAST! It will charge at 36W on a 12V system or up to 60W on a 24V system.
This makes it perfect for charging modern laptops via the USB-C port.
It’s also 2x faster for charging large tablets and is designed to effortlessly charge both an iPad Pro & iPhone at the same time.

The install cut out matches those of standard USB sockets for easy retrofit or swap of an existing USB charger, allowing you to keep up with the heavier power draws of modern electronic devices.

Important information
The charge cable supplied with your device (tablet, phone, action camera, etc) must be used to achieve maximum charge performance from this charger.
Phones will charge at the same speed whether on a 12V or 24V input voltage system. However, a 24V system must be used to get the full 60W output suitable for fast charging laptops.

Our USB-C has no problems charging even the largest iPad Pro at twice the speed as a USB-A.

More compact
The slim, oval shape is smaller than USB-A and is also symmetrical and reversible - no more having to flip the cable over to get it into the port!

More flexible
It’s fast becoming the universal connector/charge type on all devices, replacing the USB-A, USB-B, Micro-USB.
New devices are being launched with this charge option only e.g. iPhone 13.

IP Test

Water and dust protection under test laboratory conditions to international IP standards. We test between IPX4 (waterjet) and IP68 (submersion).

Accelerated UV Material Test

We accelerate the effects of UV exposure to replicate our products usage in extreme tropical climates. We do this to ensure parts do not become brittle, discolour or fail over time.

Cable Bend Test

Electrical products are bolted into a specially designed automated jig to mechanically bend the cable -45° to +45° for 3000 cycles. This ensures cables will not fail even after prolonged use.

Thermal Chamber Test

Laboratory chamber running from -40°C (-40°F) to +85°C (185°F) and back to -40°C (-40°F) for 120 cycles, this accelerates material ageing to simulate real world environment.

Cable Twist Test

Electrical products are bolted into a specially designed automated jig to mechanically twist the cable -45° to +45° for 3000 cycles. This ensures cables will not fail even after prolonged use.

Temperature Chamber Test

Product placed in a laboratory chamber at high temperatures to ensure our products continue to perform as designed.

Corrosion Test

100-hours of a special formula salt spray that simulates accelerated marine environmental effects on the product.

On Water Charge Test

Using real life on water temperature data to ensure devices will continue to charge at an acceptable speed in extreme cold and hot temperatures.

On Water Testing Global

Similar to SCA standard on water testing, however we select locations and vessels for more varied and challenging environmental conditions.

FEA Analysis

Finite Element Analysis, simulates the behaviour of the design in virtual conditions to allow us to optimise the design before prototyping and physical testing.

C Tick

An identification trademark registered to the ACMA indicates that the equipment complies with the relevant EMC standard.

CE / UKCA

Signifies that our products have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.

ECE R10

Humidity Chamber Test

Similar to our brutal SCA Thermal Chamber Test, but we’ve added humidity to make it even more punishing.

Positive Material Identification (PMI) ensures consistent quality of 316 Stainless Steel and Aluminium products. This controls strength and environmental performance.

Confirms the exclusion of substances of very high concern in our products, with the aim of protecting human and animal health.

Confirms the levels of substances and chemicals in our electrical products, with the aim of protecting human and animal health. 

¿Qué hace que ROKK Charge+ sea hasta 3 veces más rápido que otras tomas USB?

La PCB (placa de circuito impreso) dentro de ROKK Charge+ permite que el dispositivo reciba una carga similar a la de un cargador de red.

¿Por qué la gama de carga de Scanstrut es diferente a la de otros llamados "cargadores USB impermeables" del mercado?

Nuestra gama de cargadores USB se mantiene impermeable incluso cuando el enchufe está en uso. Otros cargadores USB solo son resistentes al agua cuando no se utilizan y se les coloca la tapa.

¿Puedo sustituir una antigua toma USB por una versión de Scanstrut?

En la mayoría de los casos, es un cambio fácil, solo hay que quitar la versión antigua y nuestros barriles USB encajarán en el agujero existente y añadir tornillo/s autorroscante/s donde sea necesario.
