RailPod 7" Slim
SPR-7S-RM
Perfect for installations where there is limited space available.
Designed with the latest generation screens in mind, the new ultra-compact 7” Rail Pod Range is as low profile as it can get, achieving a neat and streamlined look overall.
Our Rail Pod enables you to securely mount your MFD onto any standard or curved rail with ease.
Featuring waterproof internal cable routing, cables pass seamlessly through the bottom of the pod, the machined aluminum clamp, and into the rail, creating a clean and user-friendly installation.
Fixings are designed to fit from back to front, threading into injection-molded ABS inserts on the pod front for quick, secure installation and easy repeat servicing.
The pod seal is made from high tear strength silicone, offering excellent resistance to heat and UV for long-term durability.
Supplied uncut as standard, the pod can be customized using cutting tips available in the FAQ tab, or a factory cutting service can be provided for a small fee. Designed to fit pedestal rails from 25mm to 33.7mm (0.98” to 1.33”), the pod supports 7” displays or standard instruments.
The viewing angle is adjustable during installation, with cables routed neatly through the clamp and into the rail.

Accelerated UV Material Test
We accelerate the effects of UV exposure to replicate our products usage in extreme tropical climates. We do this to ensure parts do not become brittle, discolour or fail over time.
PROP65
Confirms the exclusion of substances of very high concern in our products, with the aim of protecting human and animal health.
FEA Analysis
Finite Element Analysis, simulates the behaviour of the design in virtual conditions to allow us to optimise the design before prototyping and physical testing.
Material Test
Positive Material Identification (PMI) ensures consistent quality of 316 Stainless Steel and Aluminium products. This controls strength and environmental performance.Related Products
